The fine cards are so dense! There is so much information in them that I find myself referring back to them again and again. I guess it's like any other reference. You cannot possibly get it all at once. Furthermore, things come up that you can't anticipate. So, what to do? Read the FINE CARDS!
And I also frequent the pages of the RiderCoach Guide. There are a lot of clues in there about the intent of the exercises and how they shpuld be run. There's a lot in this curriculum. I can't imagine not studying, reviewing, and self-evaluating often!
